Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for an opportunity to join a leading house builder in Cambridge? I am working on the behalf of a team seeking a dynamic individual to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
• Take responsibility for the development's presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working in New Homes sales or Estate Agency over a minimum 2-year period.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Must be available to work weekends (Thursday to Monday working pattern).
