Are you ready to take on your next big challenge? At Vertu Motors Cupra & SEAT Darlington, we’re looking for a New Car Sales Manager who thrives on driving results, leading from the front, and building a team that succeeds together.

We’re offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and a full benefits package.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll guide and support a team of Sales Advisors/Executives to deliver outstanding results. This means:

  • Coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales goals.
  • Leading by example with regular customer interaction and a hands-on approach.
  • Managing campaigns and promotions that boost performance and maintain the highest ethical standards.

We want someone who:
