This position is reactive and Proactive sales over commercial industries.
You will be a dynamic individual with a confident personality who is proactive, motivated and driven to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
- A relationship builder who can think quickly, react to market trends to maximize each and every sale. You must be able to work on your own initiative with skills to build relationships and sell technical products, packages and service levels to customers and prospects.
- You will be required to be numerate and have to demonstrate the ability to be strong at pitching and negotiating to ensure margins and opportunities are maximized
- The Candidate is to be Target driven, numerate, analytical and have good understanding on IT process which would include, Outlook both for email along with scheduling & planning, Competent Excel skills, CRM system aware, and word.
- Proactive and reactive sales individual that will be required to hit monthly targets on New business, and target driven for Cross Sale results over the many products and services we have.
- Demonstrate the skills to manage time to balance reactive and proactive sales
- Must look to raise company profile and to maintain and grow the customer base and reduce business churn and ensure Customers and prospects are aware of our service and capabilities.
- Own portfolio and max all the base within it, adding new accounts too.
- Strong negotiation skills, Pitch and Negotiate
- Developing and managing ‘real’ relationships with the key players of the potential customer base
- Reviewing and analysing contract performance with customers, recommending & initiating improvement plans where appropriate and SLA’s where required
- New business return in excess of tbc re area p/a ~ year one expectation
- Outbound Telephone sales calls required
