New Homes Sales Advisor — Locations: Multiple Opportunities Across Suffolk

Salary: £30,000 base + £60,000 OTE

We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team and represent stunning developments across Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected housebuilder, offering excellent earning potential and career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the development.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, guiding buyers through every step of the new home journey.
  • Effectively present and sell a range of new build homes, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage paperwork from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Work closely with site teams, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure a smooth customer journey.
About You
  • Previous experience in new homes sales (or strong estate agency sales experience with an interest in new builds).
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Target-driven, with proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage the full sales process.
Hours & Benefits
  • Core working pattern: Thursday to Monday (however, days may be negotiable depending on site).
  • Competitive salary: £30,000 base + £60,000 OTE.
