Overview

Barchester's exceptional marketing team has a rare opportunity for a New Builds Marketing Executive to join the Barchester family. This role supports one of the UK's market-leading healthcare providers with a successful new builds programme, delivering 10 new build homes to be opened each year for the next three years. This position offers hybrid working with regular travel to our London office and frequent visits to new build sites across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for new home openings to drive commercial performance.
  • Oversee the naming of the home, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, and the opening event.
  • Contribute to budget control and reporting; deliver clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately.
  • Ensure smooth customer journeys by setting up systems, tracking, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Set up call tracking for each home and liaise with the digital team to ensure digital elements are in place when needed.
  • Liaise with media, creative, and print agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging remains on-brand.
  • Carry out a competitor analysis for each new home and produce a presentation with key findings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure Digital, PR, and CX elements are delivered on time.
  • Source and manage an appropriate name for new homes, including internal approvals and local authority sign-off.
  • Coordinate with signage contractors to produce temporary and permanent signage with on-brand messaging; ensure local promotion via printed collateral and web-to-print systems.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of grand opening events, including attendee badges, goody bags, running orders, and on-site assistance.

As the New Build Marketing Executive, you will work within Barchester's marketing team to deliver campaigns for new home openings, with hybrid working and regular site visits to open homes across the UK. You will support the full marketing process from naming and artwork through to the opening event, budgeting, reporting, and on-brand collateral.
