You will handle a variety of tasks including managing conveyancing files from instruction to completion, conducting checks, and preparing reports. Ideal candidates have experience in new build and shared ownership conveyancing, alongside strong organisational and communication skills.   • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks and electronic ID verification.
  • Handle client enquiries and demonstrate knowledge of relevant transactions.

Position Overview: This opportunity will see you delivering smooth, customer-focused residential property transactions. By working alongside a variety of new build developers and shared ownership housing partners, you'll blend expertise with innovative technology to deliver a faster, clearer and more streamlined experience for every client.

Responsibilities
  • Manage designated files and conveyancing work from instruction to completion
  • Read legal packs, compile site notes and raise queries
  • Prepare Contract, Mortgage and Search reports
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks and electronic ID verification
  • Handle client enquiries and demonstrate knowledge of relevant transactions
  • Establish and maintain relations with introducers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in new build and shared ownership conveyancing
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong organisation, focus and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in managing high email volume and prioritising work
