As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of administrators to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of clinical services. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and experience in supervising or coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and supervise a team of administrators to ensure smooth and efficient support to our Neuro-Rehab clinical teams.
• Coordinate workflow, manage workloads, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical team leaders and managers, offering administrative expertise and support.
• Support service delivery through high-quality data reporting, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operations.
• Play a central role in developing and refining administrative procedures and SOPs across the service.
• Respond to patient and professional queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
