Location: ScottishPower HQ - Glasgow. With hybrid working pattern (office & home)
Salary from £61,600 - £77,000 + bonus (up to 20%), family health cover and car allowance

SP EnergyNetworks (SPEN), part of the ScottishPower Group, are investing over £5bn in transmission projects across our network by 2030 to deliver ambitious Scottish and UK Government 2030 targets. The Policy Manager will contribute to the strategic direction of SPT (Transmission) and SPD (Distribution) and ensure that the business remains compliant with regulatory obligations as we work to achieve our business goals.
The Policy Manager leads on the interpretation of complex economic issues to deliver in-depth analysis on the potential financial or operational impact on SPEN, alongside mitigation proposals.
Whilst proactively providing economic lobbying/messaging within SPEN's Regulatory Strategy and advocacy plans, the Policy Manager will also be a SPEN representative for Ofgem or Government, leading on Price Control, oversight of Licence and Codes development and all ad hoc requests for information.
