Are you passionate about transforming healthcare services and driving sustainable change? We are seeking an ambitious, forward‑thinking Band 7 Transformation Manager to join the newly established Strategic Network for Critical Care (SNCC), a dynamic programme bringing together Adult and Neonatal Critical Care Operational Delivery Networks across the South East of England.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a new, integrated model for critical care networks from 2025/26 onwards. As the Transformation Manager, you will:
