Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting complex multi-site LAN/WAN environments.
• Proficient in network monitoring tools such as Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience with wireless networking and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for network-related incidents.
• Configure and manage enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements.
