Our evolving Neonatal Transitional Care Unit is at the forefront of providing family-centred care, supporting the family to be the primary caregivers, keeping families together, bridging the gap between intensive neonatal support and home. This project offers an incredible opportunity to grow the service, deliver a high standard of care to neonates requiring ongoing support outside traditional neonatal intensive and postnatal care, work across two cutting-edge units (QMC and Nottingham City campuses), and shape the future of care with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Band 5 Neonatal Transitional Care Nurses to join us and shape the future of care for babies and their families.
