A community-focused organization in Norwich seeks a Neighbourhood Manager to support local residents and enhance community wellbeing. Based in Norwich / East Area , our Neighbourhood Manager role is all about making positive change where it matters most - in your community. As the dedicated local lead, you'll be the friendly face customers turn to for support, guidance, and solutions. Whether it's working with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners or helping residents with Anti Social Behaviour concerns, estate services, and tenancy matters, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

In this role, you will represent Orbit in local communities, coordinating internal and external services to meet diverse customer needs and maintaining high standards of delivery.
Key duties include managing relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, serving as the main contact for customers regarding ASB complaints, estate services, and tenancy management. Strong customer focus and effective time management are essential, as is a willingness to be present in the community three days per week, with some evening or weekend work as required.

The role will cover the Norwich area with access to our office in Norwich city centre. This role works in a hybrid way using a blend of field, home and office based working.
