Overview

NEC4 Project Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NEC4 Project Manager to join a local authority in South Wales working on a remedial and protective works scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services in accordance with the Project Manager role under NEC4
• Assist with the Tender Assessment process
• Manage the works during the construction phase of the works in accordance with NEC4 Option A and administration as required in accordance with the role
• Attend scheduled and ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Client
• Manage the Quantity Surveyor & Construction Supervisor throughout the duration of the Contract and the works

Key requirements

• Working on NEC4 Projects
• Experience working within a local authority

Location and hours

This role requires the successful candidate in the offices a minimum of 3 days per week.
