Job description

We are seeking an experienced Radiographic Testing Level 2 Technician on behalf of a leading inspection company. You will join an accredited team performing high-integrity radiography on critical aerospace and casting components.

Applicants must hold a current RT Level 2 qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic inspections in line with customer specifications
  • Set up, expose, and process film or digital radiographs
  • Interpret images, assess results and document findings to required standards
  • Prepare, verify and improve radiographic techniques and procedures
  • Maintain accurate traceability, calibration and inspection records
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal radiation safety procedures
  • Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement activities
Skills & Qualifications
  • RT Level 2 certification
  • Strong technical understanding of radiographic methods and NDT principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator and team contributor
Shifts available
  • Rotating: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, rotating to 2pm to 10pm
  • Nights: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
Salary

Basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
