Job Title

National Warehouse Manager

Location

National (based near one of our branches, ideally Clevedon, with National travel). National travel will regularly be required along with overnight stays.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.

About You

• Strong leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
• Experience in a team lead role, preferably within the equipment supply industry
• Expertise in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
• Strong IT skills with ERP experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations, setting goals and monitoring performance against key metrics.
• Oversee inventory control and manage the flow of goods.
• Lead, hire, train, supervise and motivate warehouse staff across multiple locations; conduct performance reviews and collaborate with HR.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall warehouse performance.
• Generate reports, analyse data and manage warehouse budgets.
