A prominent health service provider seeks a National IPS Lead to manage Individual Placement and Support initiatives within drug and alcohol services. This is a national lead role supporting the delivery and performance of IPS (Individual Placement and Support) within drug and alcohol services. This national lead role will support the delivery and performance of IPS within drug and alcohol services. WithYou wants to ensure fidelity is high and at the heart of all IPS delivery. The role will also involve leading external communications for IPS growth strategy and influencing key external stakeholders.
Our IPS teams aim to increase the number of people moving into meaningful employment from our drug and alcohol support services. This is an exciting opportunity to help make a real difference to people's lives.
You will work with a dedicated team of people, building strong relationships with other agencies to deliver the comprehensive support needed by those using our services. You will lead your team, providing direction aligned with the organisational aims and be a strong advocate for WithYou externally, maintaining and building our profile as you go.
This is a permanent, part‑time role working 22.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (days to be agreed). The role is home‑based and the salary for this position is £40,000 per annum pro rata.
