• Clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying.
• Previous proven supervisory experience and working to key performance indicators.
• Excellent client care skills and ability to deal with vulnerable clients.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Board for performance targets.
• Manage and supervise Solicitors and Trainee Solicitors.
• Assist with training and development in the department.
• Handle a range of public and private children cases.
