• Time-served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
• Sound knowledge of safety documentation and procedures.
• Legionella Awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed on time.
• Plan, inspect and carry out repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Liaise with subcontractors, cleaners, and security for effective management.
