• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for the equipment and chemicals being used.
• Full, Clean Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Preventative and Reactive Maintenance.
• Carry out Building and Equipment Maintenance.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance across sites.
• Manage Documentation and Inventory effectively.
• Assist with Refurbishment and Fit-Out Projects.
