Job summary

A thriving UK Medical Device Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide critical electrical and mechanical support. The ideal candidate will ensure machine reliability and compliance with Health and Safety standards while working within a rotating 24-hour shift pattern. Key responsibilities include fault finding, conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent, along with solid skills in fault finding in an automated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated production environment with a focus on fault-finding.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
• Solid knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical issues across production machinery.
• Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance.
• Installing and upgrading electrical circuitry and associated systems.
