Overview

Looking for Multi Trade Carpenters who enjoy delivering a valued service to our customers. You\'ll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work meets professional standards and follows safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues about job progress.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing company values.
• Follow all health and safety policies and use appropriate equipment.
• Complete jobs efficiently and on time.
• Manage job costs and use a "Schedule of Rates" for pricing.
• Be available for out-of-hours emergency calls.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to track jobs, hours, and materials.
• Procure materials from approved suppliers and manage van stock.
• Keep your work vehicle clean, in good condition, and report any issues.
• Assist other tradespeople as needed.
• Adapt to different tasks and undergo training to improve skills.
• Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in a variety of trades, including carpentry and plumbing.
• Proven experience in carpentry and plumbing work.
• NVQ Level 2 certification or equivalent experience in a core trade.
• Experience working in a team environment to meet deadlines.
• A valid, clean driver\'s license.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
