Multi-Trader - Stratford

Are you a skilled and versatile Multi-Trader with expertise in various trades? Randstad is looking for a dedicated professional to join a team in the Stratford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who excels at a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

About the Role:

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be a key part of the team, responding to various jobs across the town and city. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.
• Adhering to all regulatory standards and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times.
• Working in diverse conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces.
• Establishing works required and associated costs.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and updating PDA database information.

What We're Looking For

• Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum and £38,000 after probation, depending on experience.
• Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 or City and guilds Craft in a core trade (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).
• Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.
  • A full, clean driving license is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in various locations.
