Multi-Trade Plumber

Location: Greenwich, Thamesmead, Eltham, Woolwich

Pay: £24.50 per hour + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Trade Card

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team covering Greenwich, Thamesmead, Eltham and Woolwich. This is a long-term, ongoing role working on residential properties (occupied and void), offering stability, great support and excellent benefits.

Role Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned plumbing repairs
• Fixing leaks, blockages, minor pipework and bathroom-related issues
• Basic multi-trade duties where required (carpentry repairs, door adjustments, etc.)
• Working independently in tenants' homes
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic/residential plumbing
• Multi-trade background preferred
• Own tools and transport initially
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional and able to manage your own workload
