A not-for-profit organisation in Hertford is looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join the Planned Works team. This role covers various construction and maintenance tasks across the South East region. Candidates must be NVQ Level 2 qualified in carpentry and hold a valid UK driving license. Base office location is Rochford so occasional travel will be required to this site from their Home Address
£37,994 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
We have opportunities for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our Planned Works team, based in Rochford. Planned works will be deployed based on project requirements, either individually or in groups of up to nine. The scope of work will vary and may include minor works, capital projects, or reinvestment initiatives. Team composition and deployment will be determined by the nature and scale of each project to ensure efficient delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
A company van and tools will be included and the role will cover the sites across the South East region.
