Contract: Temp to Perm

Location: Eastleigh based with contracts across Hampshire

Role

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the Empty Homes team, where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You'll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of trades tasks to repair and maintain empty homes in line with requirements. Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service. Coordinate with the team to deliver timely repairs across Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas.
