Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• Attention to detail required.
• Health and safety conscious required.
• Experience in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering and painting is essential.
• Flexible, working in any reasonable location throughout the town/city.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing/residential properties.
• Fix leaks and replace various plumbing fixtures.
• Install and repair doors and other carpentry items.
• Lay tiles and repair floor finishes.
• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating.
