Job description

Multi trade Engineer (Brickwork/ Roofing bias)

Salary: £180 - £200 per day

Van & Fuel Card, Uniform / PPE, Work Phone

Role includes a 7 day call out rota (paid on top of salary)

Must have a full UK Licence and be comfortable with significant travel.

We offer a full range of FM services, large projects, PPM and reactive maintenance. CC Cousins is hiring for a Multi Trade Engineer to work on a full-time permanent basis within our Reactive Team, ideally with a bias in roofing or brickwork.

• Minor reactive repairs i.e. toilet blocks, waste clearance.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Expected to be competent working alone or in a team, using initiative to solve problems on site.
• Ensure all work is completed within allocated time frame to a high standard and quality.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Minimum of NVQ level 2 in a trade (Roofing/ Brickwork highly advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years' trade experience.
• Must have a full UK Licence.
