Multi Skilled- Carpenter

My Client is currently looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to cover a Social Housing contract.

The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied domestic properties. The successful Multi Skilled will be working from a from a PDA system where jobs will be allocated on a Reactive basis.

Duties for the Multi Skilled Carpenter (Not limited to)

• Carrying out Carpentry works ie skirting boards, door hanging and work tops.
• Basic Tiling
• Basic Painting and decorating
• Basic patching up work
• Basic/ Generic Plumbing work

Required

• NVQ 2 in Carpentry
• City & Guilds Qualification
• 10+ years working in the Carpentry Industry

Please note for this position a full UK Drivers Licence is required along with undergoing a DBS check. Previous Experience in the Social Housing sector is an advantage.
