Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias
Location: West London
Salary: £53,403
Shifts: 4 on 4 off 12 Hour Shift

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious client direct role at an iconic events venue in the heart of West London. We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to help keep this landmark site running at its best. You'll be part of a dedicated engineering team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services, while enjoying the stability, benefits, and career satisfaction that come with a direct employer.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Deliver PPMs and reactive maintenance to a high standard
  • Manage stock, workshop equipment, and ensure safe working practices
  • Provide technical expertise and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Level 3 City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in mechanical or electrical building services
  • Additional safety/technical certifications (e.g. PAF, PASMA, IOSH, L8, CSCS) desirable
  • Experience with M&E systems and BMS in large or complex buildings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and strong communication abilities
  • Must live within the M25
