Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Thetford, UK

Shift: 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £51,250 DOE + Overtime + Benefits

Your Role

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs - 80% reactive / 20% planned
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• CMMS usage - logging work and updating the Team Leader
• Contribute to safety initiatives and support site-wide improvements

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
• Strong background in both mechanical & electrical maintenance
• Experience in reactive maintenance roles
• A proactive, collaborative team player
• Desirable: experience with site services (CIP, refrigeration, steam, effluent, etc.)
