Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias)

Location: Swanley / Kent

Salary: £39,000 per annum

Shifts: Double Days (Monday - Friday)

Week One: Monday - Tuesday 6AM - 4PM / Wednesday - Friday 6AM - 12PM / Friday 6AM - 12PM

Week two: Monday - Tuesday 2PM - 10PM / Wednesday - Friday 12PM - 10PM / Friday 12PM - 6PM

What You'll Be Doing:

  Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime

  Fault finding on PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley - desirable)

  
  




• 
  

  Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and valves

  
  




• 
  

  Diagnosing issues with chains, belts, bearings, sensors, relays, and drives

  
  




• 
  

  Collaborating with a motivated team that has a strong can-do attitude

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent qualification)

  
  




• 
  

  Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (ideally FMCG)

  
  




• 
  

  A strong mechanical or electrical bias with a multi-skilled approach

  
  




• 
  

  A proactive, hands-on mindset with solid troubleshooting skills
