A leading engineering company in the Shropshire area is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer responsible for servicing, adjusting, and maintaining machinery. Candidates should possess dual electrical and mechanical qualifications, such as ONC, NVQ Level 3, or HND/HNC. The role offers a competitive salary package of £56,500 with a £5k signing bonus, as well as a comprehensive training program and annual bonuses. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires living and working in Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities – Multi‑Skilled Engineer

• Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment safely and properly
• Examine machinery and equipment, report condition, performance, and plan improvement actions
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules
• Suggest mini‑projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications

Qualifications & Requirements – Multi‑Skilled Engineer

• ONC – Multi‑Skilled Engineering
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance
• HND or HNC Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Equivalent electrical or mechanical background, preferably manufacturing
• Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage or Chemicals welcome
