Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer- Dudley

Monday-Friday (3-Shift Rotation, 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Up to £49,000 + Benefits

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment run efficiently and safely, minimising downtime and supporting ongoing site improvements. This role provides excellent variety, from preventative maintenance to problem-solving breakdowns and supporting wider engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Using CMMS to manage and record tasks
  • Supporting shutdowns, projects, and process improvements
  • Maintaining high safety and compliance standards
Candidate Profile
  • City & Guilds Level II (minimum) in Engineering or equivalent
  • 17th / 18th Edition Electrical qualification
  • Proven experience in manufacturing/production maintenance
  • Skilled across both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • PLC fault-finding and technical diagram interpretation
  • Welding experience and familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g. Shire)
