We are seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join our fast-paced distribution / warehouse operation based in Burton Upon Trent.

You will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and sortation equipment is maintained to minimise downtime and support smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Organise and complete equipment servicing and repairs efficiently and safely
• Monitor workflow, resolve faults quickly, and elevate issues when required
• Liaise with operations teams to maintain high service levels
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete all required documentation

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Electrical bias with solid mechanical knowledge
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems and ability to read schematics
• Knowledge of 16th / 17th Edition wiring regulations
• Flexible with shift patterns and strong attention to safety
• Full UK driving licence
