We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and help us maintain, improve, and optimise our production facilities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting faults quickly to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Working as part of a close‑knit team on a rotating shift pattern
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety and compliance standards

What we’re looking for:

• A time‑served engineer with both mechanical and electrical skills (apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environment
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities
• Flexible approach to working shifts and taking initiative under pressure
• A team player with excellent communication skills
