A leading Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to maintain various building facilities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in General Building Operations, a valid CSCS card, and experience in building maintenance. Multi Skilled Joiner

Leeds, West Yorkshire

Permanent, Full Time

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, plus overtime and on call payment of £1,950 per year (1 in 4 weeks)

We are recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join a leading Facilities Management company that has recently secured an exciting new contract in the hospitality sector.

About the Building Fabric Technician

• Provide Building Fabric Maintenance across a range of disciplines and across multiple sites & sectors
• Deliver Planned, Reactive and Installation works in both internal and external areas to include but not limited to:

1. Building; Roof leaks, gutter & gulley’s, Brickwork, Flooring, Car Park surfacing
2. Fabric; Internal cladding, wall tiling, doors, protection works, signage, carpentry, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating
3. Joinery; Doors, panels, architraves, locks, handles, decking, fames, windows
4. Plumbing & Drainage; Toilets, sinks, drainage, sanitary units, leaking taps & washers

• Required to travel to various locations in order to fulfil their allocated task

Personal Specification - Building Fabric Technician

• NVQ Level 2 General Building Operations or similar qualification (level 2 Diploma in Construction Skills Bench or Joinery)
• A valid and up to date CSCS
• Previous experience in Building Maintenance or Shopfitting
• Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment
• Full Diving License
