A leading facilities management company in the West Midlands is seeking a Multi Skilled Gas Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gas systems, hold current Gas Safe Registration, and have at least three years of experience. The position offers a permanent full-time role with benefits including a company van and significant annual leave.

Reporting to the Mechanical Contracts Engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks and occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team, but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems and the ability to work on their own initiative. You will also be required to participate in the company’s on‑call rota and work across contracts when required.
Location: Mobile – covering Midlands with occasional travel outside this area.
Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 40 hours.
Job type: Permanent / Full Time.
