Responsibilities

• Lead all planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance with a primary focus on joinery and building fabric.
• Perform a range of multi-trade tasks to ensure the site is maintained to the highest standard.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain meticulous records of all work completed.
• Act as a key problem-solver for day-to-day facility maintenance issues.

What We're Looking For

• Essential: A formal qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled or fabric maintenance role, ideally in a commercial environment.
• A proactive and reliable professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driver's license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
