Job summary

A leading construction firm in Stratford Upon Avon is looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter for a 12-week social housing project. Responsibilities include carpentry work such as repairing doors, installing kitchen cupboards, and performing tiling and painting tasks. Candidates must have NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent, possess own van and cordless power tools, and have a full UK driving license. Experience in social housing is desirable. This position offers competitive pay at £22 per hour and covers travel expenses at 20p per mile.

Multi Skilled Carpenter Required - Stratford Upon Avon

Start Date: 05/01/2026

Pay: £22 per hour

Duration: 12 weeks

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiners on a social housing project across Stratford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa and the surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities

• Carpentry work such as repairing doors, frames, skirting boards.
• installing kitchen cupboards.
• Tiling, plaster patching, painting, repairs.

Requirements

• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Carpentry / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
• Own van
• Own cordless power tools
• Full UK driving license (Max 6 points) No driving bans in the past 5 years
• Must be able to pass basic DBS check
• Social Housing experience
