A leading Property Services company in Basildon is seeking a Multi Skilled Carpenter to perform responsive and planned repairs. You will carry out various trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling within a social housing setting. Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Basildon

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void council properties
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
• Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
• Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial
