Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.
• Lead site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report regularly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation.
