The post holder will support St Luke’s High School, Barrhead by providing a comprehensive Multimedia Technician service. This will include undertaking first line maintenance, triage and repair service for all multimedia and computing related equipment. The post holder will be expected to be able to operate ICT equipment and utilise software systems as required for the use of multimedia equipment within the school.

In addition, the post holder will contribute to the Education Department’s wider digital ambitions, supporting staff in the DigiHub learning space.

An HNC equivalent in a multimedia related subject is essential and an advanced qualification would be desirable.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with children. In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
