Job description

We are currently seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join my team. I'm looking for someone who can be considered a Jack of all Trades like myself who is familiar with all aspects of the trades. You don't necessarily have to be the best, but I need someone who is willing to do what's needed to get the job done in all types of work situations whether it's in my shop or out in a plant.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repairs in a timely fashion keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Estimate time and extent of fabrication or repairs. Ability to aid in quoting jobs and talking with customers in a professional manner
• Take care of company equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Understand this is a small company keeping that in mind while performing work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Experience in Concrete, Aggregate, or Asphalt plants a plus
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload indoors or outdoors
• Can climb ladders, catwalks, and steps. Must not be afraid of heights
• Deadline and detail-oriented. Must have a sense of urgency and efficiency
• Ability to stick weld & Mig weld. Tig & Aluminum a plus
• Can use a torch and plasma cutter, and be able to cut and fit
• Safety conscious, safety oriented, and puts safety first
• Ability to get to work on time and work everyday
• Takes pride in your work
• Most of all have a good attitude and be a team player
• Pay is based on experience and abilities
