Job Overview

Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Commercial experience advantageous). PI covered. Projected six‑figure earnings depending on days / work commitment. Hiring in Surrey.

Work Model & Compensation

Your client generally works on a 50/50 fee split and then pays you weekly via your limited company.

They are able to provide a full weekly diary and although part‑time may be considered, their preference is for full‑time commitment: 80% residential short / longer‑form work and 20% commercial valuation work.

Consultants can accept or decline jobs. They provide access to Rightmove, all subscriptions and charging approximately £40 per day for typing services.

Average fee approx. £1,400 – minimum £750 per report (minimum commercial fee £1,750). Approximately 3,500–4,000 reports per year. Long‑established self‑employed consultants earn up to circa £200,000 personally (net billings for this figure ~£400,000 with 50/50 split).

Director statements: six figures are achievable depending on days / working agreement.
