Overview

MRICS Building Surveyor - Consultancy 2-3 jobs per week - L2 / L3 work, Quality over quantity

Established independent requires a reliable self employed or ltd owner to carry out L2 / L3 work on a fee split basis.

The vast bulk of the work will be across Berkshire, Buckingham, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire, so ideally you will live within radius of these counties. Open to you working under your PI or theirs, this will likely effect the proposed fee split which is either 60/40 your way or 50/50.

2-3 jobs per week commitment required, still have full control of your with your diary - av. fees for L2, £600 - £750 and then for L3's £900 - £1500.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments*
