The Job

Our Sommeliers are hardworking dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast pace environment whilst maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP's high standards. Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly professional manner.
  • Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain and manage the wine inventory including ordering and organizing.
  • Conduct wine tastings and educate guests on various wine selections.
  • Collaborate effectively with chefs, waitstaff and bartenders to ensure seamless service.
  • Must be able to fully communicate in English.
  • Living in London (flexible with commuting).
  • You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
