Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams.
  • Drive efficiency across the claims function.
  • Support client relationships and prepare for service reviews.
  • Produce claims statistics and performance MI reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy and document procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal protocols.
  • Assist in authorising claim payments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery.

We are seeking a Motor Claims MI Analyst Lead to join a growing and fast-paced claims operation. Sitting at the centre of the team, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening client service and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
  • Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating incoming and active claims
  • Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews and help maintain a high standard of service delivery
  • Produce claims statistics, performance MI and reports for both internal use and clients
  • Maintain data accuracy, document procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and internal office protocols
  • Assist in authorising claim payments in accordance with agreed processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
  • Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery, MI reporting and data insights

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
