Qualifications

• At least 2 years motor claims experience to reach the top of the salary bracket.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims.
• Prioritising your own workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Carrying out investigations to establish liability, collaborating with internal teams.
• Handling more complex files such as high-value or liability disputes.
• Liaising with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies.
• Identifying and escalating any potential fraudulent activity.
• Delivering excellent service to customers, suppliers, and all involved parties.

Hours : Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours), with flexible working patterns available
