• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
• Strong track record in generating new sales.
• Proven sales success in current Mortgage Services Consultant position.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Estate Agency team to pre-qualify leads.
• Conduct 2 to 3 appointments a day.
• Gather information and provide advice on non-regulated insurance products.
• Attract new customers and achieve professional goals.
• Support and develop less experienced colleagues.
• Provide supervisory support to a small number of Consultants.
