Job summary

A leading mortgage practice in Norwich is seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in buy-to-let or commercial mortgages, although candidates with residential experience will also be considered. This office-based role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £60,000 - £75,000, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday and healthcare. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekends required.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Norwich, working for our clients' highly regarded and successful Mortgage practice. Our clients are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, mainly working on commercial and buy-to-let Mortgages. A background in commercial and buy-to-let is preferred; however, a strong background in Residential Mortgages will also be considered. The role will be office‑based working Monday to Friday with no weekends, with all leads provided and no cold calling!

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary £30,000
• Strong Tiered Commission structure
• OTE £60,000 - £75,000

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with one day a week working 12.00pm – 8.00pm

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Driven individual with the desire to write Mortgage business
• Fully CeMAP qualified
• Buy to Let / Commercial experience preferred, but Residential mortgage background considered
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
